Personally I am a proponent of people doing their own DD on ERHC and not relying on others. Having said that, the dissolution information clearly was provided only a few minutes later by the exact same poster that was kind enough to share his DD with us.
Why do you think all these shells are being formed and do you think they are distracting ERHC management from their well- paid job? Is it a conflict of interest? Those are the real questions.
The only negative that is screaming to investors and potential investors is a share price that is still flirting with pre RS triple zero levels and a mute CEO who provides zero percent leadership as he hides away and spends his time setting up at least 3 possibly more shell companies !
The question you need to focus on is WHY !!!!! Why does Ntephe not act like a real CEO and step up to the plate and do his job ??
