No! A RS does NOT allow Bates to rinse anything! RS is exactly like a patient who is hemorrhaging being administered the ancient treatment of "bleeding the patient" to remove all the demons. Bates has, right now, some number of lenders ACTIVELY sucking up EVERY traded dollar to satiate a $2.5M debt. That cannot be rinsed, washed, kissed, patted, coaxed or touched, in any way, with a RS. Those beasts are there the next morning (along with the $2.5M debt) at the opening bell after a (hypothetical) RS gobbling up every traded dollar just as the day before. Right now they are getting NOTHING back for their loan and Bates has the leverage. A RS removes that leverage over the lenders and puts Bates out of the picture and STILL he gets NOTHING. Why do you keep saying RS, RS, ... Why don't you just call him up and give him the advice to go shoot himself !!! ? Same thing!

Do you know if the "mayor's incompetent son" happens to be the CFO of WSTI? That would certainly fit! If not, do you know his position and what the other family members do? Surely it takes incompetence AND some really bad advice from someone(s) to do all this to the company!
