wrong, the buyout price is not $1.50/share

it is a $35 million all cash buyout for 100% of ADTM

the buyout price per share is closer to $0.80/share after the fully diluted common shares outstanding are considered

how can one person be wrong so many times in just a couple of days?


to not understand this is just plain silly

I understand he would be taking a .59 stock compensation and selling at $1.50, am I missing something?
