Thanks for sharing. This is significant in my opinion. From how I see it, I think Metaphor Entertainment Company might possibly be one of a few wholly owned subsidiaries:

Regardless, I think even if it's not a subsidiary, we all should now know where the name Metaphor comes from considering that the CEO of Metaphor Entertainment Company, Troy Lowman is listed as the CEO of SNMN per the SNMN Transfer Agent. Again, this is significant in my opinion as it confirms some sort of forward movement to position the company into an operational position far better than its current operational position.

I think Metaphor Holdings, Inc. is going to be a holding company of a plethora of subsidiaries that the new CEO has planned to place under SNMN that will include companies within the Marijuana Industry since the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) name change confirmation to Metaphor Holdings, Inc. below:
