They didn't file an annual report in 2014 and have been filing their SEC forms on time. This bill is not new. So I am just going on history.

Whether they file today or not they know the deadline exists. The bad thing with a Delaware State License as opposed to Nevada is that you have to pay a fee to see if they are current. I didn’t pay the fee but obviously from the Ann Rpt screen both their 2014 and 2015 reports are due as well as those fees and penalties.

I wonder if they knew about the Franchise Fee calc before they filed in Delaware. That calculation seems outrageous.
