You know, they still could axe the remainder of those 100 billion, keep the new 400 million structure and chop up the majority of those 400 mill amongst themselves, leaving a credible amount of shares still in the market…

That may be a best case scenario here…

But still a potential winning one for new entries and pre-existing ATRN casualties that got in at the very end.
