i made this later last night (just to have for snacks over a couple days, not as a meal cause the hubby wont touch it)

here are some beautiful whole dressed catfish (i prop them up on their "bellies" so both sides cook nicely.

the first pic is them just rubbed down with oil, then low sodium lawries salt, onion and garlic powder.

the next pic is the finished product. it was tasty!

you know they are done when the meat starts to split like this.
