Oil- i am pretty sure i read the Saudi have a contracts and some ownership with Refiners in America assuring their oil gets sold here. The article was referencing Saudi trying to do this with China in the future. Russians are able to outsell them in China by accepting the Yuan as the currency of the transaction. so the article was all over the place. I would want to get another source or two of the information. to make me assured of it.
