What I am interested in is whether this company is in the process of going dark. Today's 8-K means they are still pretending to be a SEC-compliant company, but the very late filing might never show up......

Dave Burney, wasn't he the company geologists? I guess he doesn't believe there are billions and billions worth of gold. Looks like he doesn't believe the company has a future.
