The last paragraph is pie in the sky, but a fun theory. Without sales, RS and/or BK are the only options. But, Fife and other debt holders might agree to simply take the India arm and allow what remains to fail separately. Or, pay for a pump through a 3rd party, as Bates had them do before, if it looks like it might work.
