Looks like diluting to me.

(Pearl) will dilute at any price!! The Volume slow and buying was at a point the stock can make a step forward. Just look at how many shares traded this week.

Than bam volume picks up and PPS goes down. I say Pearl is diluting. Down we go a dam shame.
