sorry flip,i honestly can't agree with some of your conjectures, and i did forget to mention the "royalty"( just what are the terms/considerations with Hoover?..there,of course, must be some ) Question is definitely something that should be asked about during the next cc/webcast..if somebody else doesn't want it i will ask them.

unlike STP Tools they haven't filed any 8-K's regarding the arrangement,so i'm "hoping" no royaltie's are involved, but a question that must be and should be answered by Capstone's management.

did you ever dabble in CAPC or CHDO as i recall you saying you were thinking of once?

Just got off the phone with Garett Gough,Kei Advisor's.

decided to try calling him after my email attempt bounced,or so the message said.

in a nut shell he referred me to the 8-K/A of 2/27/2015,the transcript of the special cc/webcast of a year ago.(started by saying certain triggering events that would require an 8-K haven't happened yet,but later said a lot of it is "subjective"...again,in a nutshell,i really didn't get a more tangible explanation)

Here are some excerpts of what Stewart Wallach had to say during that cc/webcasr

That said, I am very excited to announce that we recently secured the exclusive North American trademark license for the Hoover brand for LED lighting.
It was not prudent to produce the expanded solid state lighting programs under the Capstone brand as the monies invested to do so could potentially be lost. The investments could be sizable as they include, but are not limited to, art creation, packaging molds, minimum package runs, sample production runs, et cetera. Moreover, had we introduced the Capstone branded products successfully to the market, we would be potentially liable for buying back the inventory in exchange for the new brand. To minimize our risks, we decided to halt the introduction of the new products previously planned under the Capstone Lighting brand, which will adversely affect the Q1 and Q2 sales.

i won't try contacting Kei Advisors again about this subject, but i am inclined in asking it for the 2015 result's cc/webcast question and answer segment

so you are right flip,at this point we just have a lot of unanswered questions
