I would not invest my money in Sandy if I thought he was capable of flipping his own stock. If he is really dedicated to this buy back and believes in this company then he should not care at what levels he buys back at. I would assume he knows what the outcome is going to be when TFN comes to the states.

The history of penny runs always shows a bump a few months before the mother of runs... we are still in the bump mode... you have to look at the runs... USXP, RSHN, CNES, even PAIM did a bump upon decent news... but didn't run until a month later...
