Baiyin better hustle to close the deal before the people who own the preferred notes sober up and decide to hold on just a little longer.

Perhaps then they will just have to take their $170M stake through open-market accumulation.

I was expecting it to be announced this morning. Today is the Chinese New Year and this week is Holiday week in China.

If they are waiting for the docs to be signed and/or additional negotiations/simultaneous announcement,.. we should wait until next week, minimum.
