I do not care what it is if it raises from the ashes and makes me money.

Current shareholders have to pin hopes on Margrit not taking actions that fundamentally reduce or eliminate their (worthless) holdings - as would happen with an R/S.

On top of that, they then have to believe that she suddenly figures out how to run a successful operation.
