Exactly, that is the point I was trying to make. I like the compound but, I have been burnt so much by these biotechs with convertible notes, I have become so hesitant and so cautious with them, despite the gigantic potential..I am afraid over 4 years, it will be relentless dilution. Quarter over quarter, they will sell 12millions/16quarters= $750k of dilution. Right?
