I did a little research. The ceo had 2 other companies Frgy and Andi. Both had very small a/S. With both companies the a/s was diluted and maxed out. After this was done the companies were abandoned for a long time. I see a pattern.

Always that concern in the OTC but I think at least 70% were already in the float
