One concern shareholders that support Teco have is possibly the SEC had the Hallin Plaintiffs complete the complaint, like the Fab 31. If that is the case about 5800 shareholders will be going to jail.

That ridiculous claim by Treaty was tossed out of Court by the Judge as having absolutely NOTHING to back it up with...
