How, technically speaking, would they have done that? As long as the company keeps up with its SEC filings, the SEC can't revoke registration.

....and you have just made the statement without backing it up with a single calculation of how that figure was obtained.

Even after a few requests to do so.

So in the interest of preserving the true meaning of the word 'resolved' could you please post the calculation and timelines so we could all see the same resolution that seems to be missing every time this $30 million figure is being used.
