LOL, the toxic lender is suing PK and the company. There's nothing for even them to get, but shareholders are wiped out. Someone dumped 20 shares, most likely pre-split shares, so they could finally take the loss.
Far enough in the past, those 20 shares would have been worth over $1 million (before the 2 R/S that made every 37,500 shares = to 1 share).
