They filed the 10KSB/A for FY 2005 this evening. I've read it for the last couple hours and do understand this company much better. However, when is the 10KSB for FY 2006 to be filed?

I also find it very very interesting, and really wonder where this company is headed after understanding more of the South African office. The assets related to Geomatics were rather large, approximately $10mn. As stated in the recent 8K this, which is their primary office, is divesting from Geomatics (which was most of their revenue) to Telematics in relation to the recent order from AST Europe Group.

Also in the going concern statement there was substantial doubt, and this was related to the difficulty in having a foothold in Europe. Obviously this is now closed.

We need the 10KSB for FY '06, and a statement from Martin Euler would be greatly beneficial. I considered selling some of this but was willing to give them one more week.

Witht he 10KSB/A having been filed, I do fully expect the 10KSB for fy'06 to follow shortly.

I hope this precedes the SB-2 soon to come.

My plan was to be into FGFC prior to the end of this month, so today I've flipped my ATTG to FGFC. For I feel this is the low FGFC will be, and I know it will be much higher with the pending announcement of the buyback, and the website going on line. However if the website is delayed there will be a sell-off until this happens. The E being removed from ATTG was good enough to see some volume. Perhaps I should have stayed here for a couple more days, but I need to stick to my plan as much as possible.
