if memory serves me correct the contest was based on the Nv licenses. I thought we cancelled the contest after scumbags sabotaged / hijacked the selection process in Clark County. I believe the .06 was changed many times and 0 licenses was predicted. I forget haw many Nv licenses did we eventually end up with? Was it 6? Was it 7?
