You know Cyrcadia was selling shares at .50 cents for a really long time ,Cisco never once invested .
Cyrcadia is selling shares at $1.00 now ,Cisco still haven't invested .
And now your saying Cisco will buy Cyrcadia at $3.00 a share .
Based on what exactly? History of previous investment in Cyrcadia ??
Let's just say there was offer for $3.00 a share how do you know that Cyrcadia will accept ??
