I don't know, but it would be reasonable to assume that the SEC IS investigating or has investigated the promoters of a scam stock like TECO... I bet Platon Petratos sang like a bird and likely the reason why he went into hiding... There is still the criminal aspect of this that could drop like a double pounding hammer on the gang of cons.
