Zipmark timeline:

On December 2, 2015, MyECheck, Inc. (the “Company”) settled its breach of contract and patent infringement lawsuit against Zipmark, Inc. Under the terms of the settlement, the parties mutually dismissed with prejudice all claims in the lawsuit and the Company agreed to license its patented check processing technology (US Patent 7,389,913) to Zipmark for three (3) years.

I sent a draft PR to them (Zipmark) last week (between Nov30 and Dec4) and am waiting their comments

Nothing new from them (Zipmark), we are just finalizing the licensing agreement to send to them (Zipmark).

Do you think we are missing any details??

What type of PR did Ed send to Zipmark in early December if there wasn't a licensing agreement yet?

Did you notice that the 8-k says that MYEC agreed to license to Zipmark (and not Zipmark agreed to buy a license)?

As of right now it looks like the lawsuit was DROPPED and we have a licensing DISAGREEMENT, imo
