#5533 RE: Jp2011 #5532

Jp2011, there are 3 patent applications in play at different stages of the process.

1) For "Methods for treating sexual dysfunction while decreasing cardiovascular risk" they filed the argument against a non-final rejection and amendment to the claims (Adding the reduction in risk of breast cancer events". This was filed Dec 19, 2015. Response time has usually been about 2 months for these types of arguments. Therefore ANI is probably expecting a response any time but it could take another month. For some strange reason these amended claims and arguments took over a month to up load. Was it being held back, who knows?

2) For "Methods for decreasing cardiovascular risk in postmenopausal women" this is the second time after a final rejection that they are seeking further examination. The last time it took just under 11 weeks for a response. This one will probably be similar unless they have had a an interview with the examiner that has not been posted yet. Sometimes that helps clarify matters for both parties and accelerate an examination.

3) For "COMMERCIAL SCALE PRODUCTION METHODS FOR TRANSDERMAL HORMONE FORMULATIONS" ANI had received a final rejection and their response b brought up additional issues that would require additional research by the examiner. They filed a RCE on this as well. So, 10 to 11 weeks is when I figure ANI will here back on this application.
