I agree. Although, SG stopped communicating. It is apparent that their work is continuing behind the scenes. Their newly presumed partner in the legal advertising division has a successful history, deep pockets, and many tech connections.

A Possible Lying CEO is the Systemic Problem????

The systemic problems that the company encountered have made it impossible to post the financials. There should be a mark improvement in the debt load in 2016 with financial reports later this year. Scott and company will recover. IMHO

Is this the same Systemic Problem that led to SEC Revoking Scott Gallagher's FLIP?
