corrrect ...it cost them approx 250k to open a new store organically ...and they paid 780k for each Sleepy's store ....good will notwithstanding ...thats a bad deal imo ...besides they do not have a competitive advantage like a Walmart or Starbucks ....they sell the same crap as everyone else
