Geez, think of this logically. SNVP has a very small OS, any one that had a convertibles would want volume and the pps to go. It's an incentive!!

Plus there is no proof of really any devastating convertibles anyway.

Just to help you again, third parties will help promote this and make this move. What your stating is yet another reason why SNVP will move again.
