maybe it is indeed another OK, eventually from the US....

It definitely mean that news can still come 'soon' now and the Tet holiday is not necessarily slowing things further down for us.

I'm inclined to agree with your train of thought, though if this is the case and KBLB awaits the go ahead from the U.S., the most opportune time to begin moving forward in Vietnam would be after Tet...
