Nice overview. By the criteria discussed, I would say we score very well with our project, especially as regards the location and management.

Exactly, on the location, location, location aspect. Just look at the mess that Freeport McMoran is in with their mines in Indonesia. I almost jumped in on buying shares when Ichan bought more shares a few months back. I'm not regretting my decision not to do that and buy more shares of Niocorp instead. I see a bright future ahead for Niocorp whether it's sold to another major mining company or is grown into its own. My preference would be to see Niocorp remain it's own entity and have dividends, but either way, we will end up with a great return on our investments.
