I'm not going to nitpick, but I believe that I remember that the horse property is owned by a different Cen Biotech (Cen Biotech II, a Canadian corporation) which is in turn owned by Bill by and for Bill. Cen Biotech, as we know it, has no assets. That's the way Bill likes it, and Bill has everything the way he likes it, since he controls the corporation with his super-voting shares. The common shares for sale are irrelevant and worthless paper, like most all stinky pinkies.
