I believe if you google the specific question it states the "private" company is the entity that gets audited. In our case, UMS.

Then they audit again with the merged company included. That's the way I read it by googling the exact question!

Nowhere does it say the "shell" is audited seperately!

Just researching.....I think it's all being done and actually finished!
