I am sure they can... by wiping current shareholders the rest of the way out, unless they can continue throwing money away just to pay undeserved salaries.

This is not possible anymore, like you said yourself.

By wiping out CURRENT shareholders, they are wiping (whipping) THEMSELVES out...

So, elaborate on that please.
