Yes... that is true... those MDMN shares were used for bills... etc...

I honestly don't know if all MDMN shares were used... but certainly could have been...

However, some principals of MDMN are also heavily involved in little nper... and when MDMN reaches a point where they don't need to spend so much time with MDMN... they will turn their attention to little nper... they have definite plans for little nper... so MDMN news is an indicator as to when little nper will start getting attention... and be brought back to life...
