Answer: The technology is promising but untested on the market. Cooper has been struggling since last March from low sales and low expectations for future sales. Cooper pps. dropped about 60 dollars per share, about 30%, I believe. They made large acquisitions last year that have yet to pay off and probably want to put most of their research and development and manufacturing funds into those new acquisitions. Just my guess. They still have first access to certain patents, I believe.
