What is negative?

Are you serious?

The company had never been profitable and doesn't have the money for taxes or the mortgage. The loan (toxic debt) won't cover this.

Now the company is committed to spending more than half a million dollars to maintain the water source.

Where is all this money going to come from?

How can you possibly see anything positive?

For the 'legitimate' shareholders, coupled with added debt now revealed by the UNAUDITED FINS, don't forget past due 2 mortgages, past due taxes..... it all looks negative. How is Boreal gonna pay for it all. Line up for more dilution.

By the way.... the market seems to think nothing positive for shareholders is to be revealed. The market isn't stuttering.

From Francine the CEO of Boreal's point of view everything she authorizes and does is 'positive', for the benefit of her and St. E. Now for the shareholders on the other hand, a different story.

I don't know if the transaction represents a positive or a negative but the overall situation is still very sketchy and another open letter to shareholders with some very specific language would go a long way.
