Not sure of your point, but if you are asking me if Dow Chemical might ignore this new growth business worth 100's of millions of dollars of new revenue, the answer is, "Not likely." Heck, it was meaningful enough for them to include the QD plant start-up as a 2015 achievement in their Q4'15 webcast this week.
