I understand the frustration, but believe me, those lawsuits have no merit. They set up the designation for how the insiders who sold shares well in advance before the reporting of the negative information from the phase 3 trial. You can look at the SEC filings yourself. Those are just vulture lawyers. Sucker a client into paying them to "investigate" and then they turn up no wrong doing (most of the time, anyways). Go check out ANY stock that's dropped significantly like this. The stock price isn't the companies fault, its really more to do with the trading practices that those who buy and sell the stock take part in. Check out GPRO if you want to see a stock with plenty of law suits from vulture lawyers, but none of them have any merit. Just because a company isn't doing good or gets bad news they were not expecting, doesn't mean they didn't warn investors that this was a possibility. It's certainly not illegal.

I think this will turn around here. I'm in big, and plan to buy more in the 4's when the right opportunity presents itself.
