Krak, I was referring to the 5 vs 5 months in the unhealthy arms- no difference. In the healthier groups 12 vs 17 months HUGE difference. Glad you are posting :-)

Krak, I appreciate what you trying to say but I disagree with:

because, until recently, drugs targeted the cancer/virus. It had not much to do with the immune system and, in fact many of yesterday's therapies destroyed the immune system. Today, we are talking about immuno therapy (cancer, virus, parasite, bacteria, etc., etc.). YES, for the immune system to kill the attacker, it needs to be viable. The previous drugs had NO concern for the immune system. AND that is why YOU are NOT depending on drugs that attack the cancer but you are doing things to help your body (immune system) fight off the invader.

Krakonos, yes Bavi would work better on low ECOG numbers (healthier patients) and it would work better in 1st ln then in second line (The chemo harms your immune system and does a lot of cell damage).
