Ok, now is getting more interesting. They follow with the announcement stated the progress very positively and expect to complete the acquisition of a first tract of land (approx. 300 acres), before February 15, 2016.

Now let take a good look what we have here. First let check out the Mexican land owner in Baja California. THE IMPACT OF BAJA'S FAST GROWING ECONOMY

The Mexican businessman Carlos Slim mentioned in a conference that the 10 states that are in the border between Mexico and the United States, represent the third economy of the World with more than 3 billion dollars. He also mentioned that the 6 Mexican states and the 4 American states integrate a market of 92 million people, with an income of 40,000 million dollars per year.

Keep in mind that to build the resort, residential and commercial real estate properties, including 80 acres of beach front land, primarily aimed at the US retirement and vacation market. This is involved in hundred million, even billions dollar investment, PGEI doesn't have that kind of working capital so who is our joint venture? Who is the Mexican land owner mention above? Who have the billion dollars to fund the projects? We don't have a clear information but base on all the articles indicated the Mexican businessman Carlos Slim. This is similar relate to the company planing to build the resort, residential and commercial real estate properties, including 80 acres of beach front land, primarily aimed at the US retirement and vacation market. Therefore I strongly think the JOINT VENTURE with the Mexican land owner is the billionaire CARLOS SLIM, one of the richest men in the world.
