ok...u r correct vpco only has 58 million O/s....thats enen better for us shareholders...the earlies the reverse split that can happen is march 1st...IT WILL BE VOTED AGAINT!!!! the naked short sellers "BORROWED" shares...Naked short sellers do not own them...VPCO sold unregistered securuities which is a NO NO...its against the law with the SEC....these reminds me of that bio teck company GBS"
