I don't have iHub subscription so can't do an iHub search, as far as I know. I can look through all my old posts, but that's about it.

The first amended agreement was signed on 09/01/05 and filed on 11/14/06. Apparently this was the very first filing after NNVC became a "reporting company" (if I have that understanding correct, maybe instead it had to do with registering the securities for sale on some exchange / going public?):
