So you're just citing deals that other companies made, in completely different situations?
A name won't be released immediately, but the next release of the big investors will make it pretty clear when someone has 5 million more shares or there is someone new on there.
The last deal still hasn't had all of the warrants exercised, (it had a couple of year and longer exercise periods if I recall), I seriously doubt also that this is part of the same deal.
Speculation is fine, but people are going to point out when your speculation makes no sense.
