The Shamrock/Slice fight drew 2.1 million viewers - that was a freakshow, a novelty - with Shamrock's dismal performance - where many thought the fight was fixed - will viewers tune in for another old man fight. How many years has it been since Gracie fought - he is fighting because of financial problems - the same for Shamrock.

The Cruz/Dillashaw fight had 2.3 million viewers on FOX Sports 1.

It seems that the 3.3 million viewers is more wishful thinking.
