OK, received my information on the Hammond, Indiana property(s) a half a day early... Thanks is due to Roger, who was busy all day, but, still found the time to get the specifics for me and then email me way after business hours.
The service center/repair shop (tools and all) and land which was purchased by Pro Star is located at 1850 Clay Ave. Hammond, IN. It's not exactly photogenic, but that really doesn't matter. The repair shops are money makers..
An additional piece of property (a couple blocks away from the service center) has been leased for additional truck/trailer parking (our trucks & trailers will park there from time to time, too). This lot is located at 1708 Michigan St. Hammond, IN.
An LLC, controlled by ProStar Freight Systems, was created in Indiana, which I believe was done take advantage of the preferential tax treatment in that state as opposed to the rough treatment here in Illinois...
