CAFC must be eliminated. It is a patent ( no pun intended) disgrace to the American judicial system which makes the OJ trial look like the epitome of justice. CAFC is a creation of the legislative branch of government, and as such it can be eliminated !! Write/ appeal to your legislator and write to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee re what is happening with that rogue creation of Congress.
