the 8k is meaningless to the pps and for the company's stock in the short and mid term. and, there are not enough deep pockets out there who are gonna be able to absorb 1+ billion shares that are in the process of being unleashed. the authorized is 5 billion. shorts don't even have to cover here. the company is going to be issuing over a billion shares. anybody buying this will lose money imo. it's a bust. shorting is the only way to make money here right now. and it may go to .0001 and then r/s. that's serious multibags from here if you short crco.
