Fluffer Clown's meaning the Fab 5 ? They are the only one's that The SEC has dropped the hammer on their heads. Am I correct ? Are there others ? How could this be known if the SEC never discusses open cases ?

I know the FAKE BK judge dropped the hammer on the heads of the FAKE BK petitioners. Guess that person who got bilked out of $ 30,000 was not able to convince the judge it really happened. :-(
