My guess - most of 'us' are trying to figure out whether this is going to end up as a head-fake,... or whether the PR that was released is a more positive long-term sign.
1) Will the staff actually do the 'voluntary' purchases of shares in any significant way? And what effect on share price will that amount to?
2) Is HEB actually going to set up with a pre-clinical or clinical testing partner to do some trials of Ampligen against Zika?
Not much else to talk about - although I am guessing there are some very happy swing-traders around HEB today.
